Weather changing is the most beautiful and good phenomena but because of climate change the people facing a lot of diseases such as cold, flu, fever and another kind of disease that will affect our body very badly. Most of the people are affected by a bad climate. Maintaining health in these days are very difficult for all the people and for that people try too many things.
Drinking Water
In summer the very big reason to become ill is dehydration. Our body needs at least 2 liters of water to avoid the body from getting dehydrated and it is necessary to drink water regularly. It affects our body in a good way that is it helpful in maintaining body fluid. Water is life and not a single organism live without water. You can eat or drink juicy fruits that will help you in making your body fit and hydrated.
Use coconut oil when you were going outside
Coconut oil is very helpful because it protects our skin from harmful UV rays and also avoids skin tanning because it is the best skin lotion that will protect you from the sun. It blocks 75% of UV rays
Eat regularly but not too much
The body needs nutrients for proper functioning of our body and foods provides strength to the body to perform the daily task and remain energetic. Eating too much can pressurize your organ to work harder and overeating can make you sick.Not wear tight clothes
Tight clothes in summer are a very bad choice and your body can suffer a high degree temperature. In tight dress, air cannot pass from one medium to another and due to this sweat can make you uncomfortable. To keep your body cool in summer then don't wear tight clothes but you can try cotton clothes.
Doing Exercise
Exercise is good for our body because it helps us in keeping our body fit and healthy but remember one thing that does not do exercise between 10 AM to 4 PM because at that time the temperature of the environment is very high and warm. You can avoid exercise at this time period so you can be physically fit and healthy.
