Lychee is very rich in Vitamin C. As we all know that Vitamin C is very useful for our body and it is necessary for the development and growth of our body and its Tissues. Many people know the benefit of Vitamin C for our body and We can say that it involved in many function that are take place in our body. There are many other Vitamin and mineral that are found in lychee but Vitamin C is found in larger quantity. This fruits ( lychee ) is belong to Soapberry family. Lychee is generally a summer fruit. It gives instant energy whenever our body feel tired and exhausted.

This toxin does not allow stomach to make Glucose and reduces its use in the body and hence result in lowering of sugar level this is especially seen in children.

Pregnant women should be careful while eating too much lychee they should either avoid eating lychee or should eat in moderate way.

We should not eat Lychee more than 300 gram in a day, because eating more can have a bad effect on our health.
