Fitness is everybody's concern in day to day busy schedule but today's life is full of stress and it is not possible for everyone to go to gym. so here is certain ideas that you can use it to stay fit at your home, you just have to take your fitness seriously.In today's world everyone is busy in their life working 24/7 and they don't even think of their health. People do not realize about their health and they put themselves their own life in danger. But in today's scenario a healthy lifestyle is necessary in order to live long. So here is some simple ways of living a healthy life :-

                                           "walking" 


Yes it is true walking is a boon for us and it has many benefits. I am not saying about a normal walking here i am talking about a long walk every morning and in evening. Walking is a very simple and easy way of getting fit and improving your health. Most people prefer gym in order to get fit and healthy but gym membership will only make your body in shape but not internally strong and also it is quite costly not all people can afford and nor they have time to go gym from their busy life. The best way of getting healthy and fit is to walk a long walk every morning and every evening. Walking is a great exercise that helps you tone your legs, reduces your extra weight. If you walk for 30 or 40 minutes at a moderate speed either in morning or in evening then that can help you burn yours calories around 140 to 200. It is confirmed that regular walking helps you lose weight but the most important thing of walking is your speed that can make difference in weight lose.You should walk at either moderate or at fast paced then it will be beneficial for you. Those who walk regularly at moderate speed will reduce their chances of being suffering from a stroke and other cardiovascular problems ie heart problems. Moreover walking ten minutes every day is very effective in lowering your blood pressure.

 "Running"
                                             

We all are about running but have you ever thought that running can be effectively beneficial for us.You all know that sportsmen keep themselves fit because they do running regularly as it is the best exercise to keep our body healthy and fit. Running is an excellent way to reduce your belly fats. It makes your heart healthy and your life out of danger.It also helps in lowering the risk of cardiovascular disease similar like walking. There are many benefits of running like weight loss, prevents from bone loss and muscle,.It enhances growth hormone, prevents from stroke, builds stamina for longer running and one important things it prevents from diabetes and also from hypertension. Moreover running is quite enjoyable exercise and it is very effective as it is easy to perform and it doesn't require any tuition or coaching or any type of equipment. It can be performed by all and here "by all" means all people from different age groups.It boost your immune system and also balance the cholesterol level. It makes your bones and muscles healthy.


                                                                 " Yoga "




Yoga is an ancient practice to bring mental, spiritual, physical strength together, gives a healthy life style.one should practice yoga for at least half an hour a daily. Regular practicing of yoga makes your body flexible and gives body inner strength to fight against many disease in long run.Persons who practices yoga seems to be more energetic, focus and active without any stress throughout the day. Yoga can cure such drastic diseases which can not cure by medicines. Yoga is such powerful sword that can be use to cut all negativity of body and soul.

                                                        "Healthy diets"  

Eating habits of people decides that how healthy they are. If they are eating junk foods or too much oily foods then they are more vulnerable to disease which they don't realize about that and later on they  face consequences. So healthy diet, a must diet in order to stay away from diseases and stay fit. If people eats healthy foods then they are able to maintain their body healthier and disease free. Eating good foods will make them more energetic throughout the day and Don't forget to drink 2-3 litres of water a day in order to stay fit. If you are  keeping active and eating a good healthy foods then you can maintain a healthy weight. Eating a healthy diet can prevent cancer risk , diabetes, or obesity and you will feel more energetic and joyful. Eating a good food will make your teeth and bone and muscles strong and healthy and most important a good night sleep. In order to make your organs and tissue work properly then a good balanced diet is necessary. You should maximise the use of fruits and green vegetables. Avoid eating food from outside, eat only those kitchen or home made foods only. This will keep your lifestyle moody and healthier.
